Brett profile

Brett Cox - Director

Brett Cox brings a broad and deeply practical perspective to his work, shaped by extensive experience advising clients and as a business owner himself. This dual lens gives Brett a clear understanding of what it really takes to build, scale and sustain successful businesses — not just on paper, but in practice.

At the core of Brett’s work is helping clients gain clarity. He partners with business owners and families to articulate their vision, develop robust strategies, and align people, processes and governance to create high‑functioning, resilient enterprises. His approach is collaborative and thoughtful, grounded in the belief that sustainable success comes from well‑connected decisions rather than isolated technical fixes.

He works closely with clients to help them navigate the financial, structural and human challenges that arise as wealth moves across generations — balancing commercial outcomes with family dynamics, stewardship, and long‑term legacy.

He believes that strong business and taxation outcomes are only part of the equation.
